 How to make a booking
 
To Make A Provisional Booking
 

Firstly contact Hotel Rudyard to check the availability of your preferred date.  You can then make a provisional booking – however due to the high demand for weddings at the Hotel, it is your responsibility to ensure that you contact us within one week to either confirm or cancel the date.  If we have not heard from you after seven days we will release your reservation.

 

To Confirm A Booking
 

Once you have made a provisional booking and arranged either the registrar or the church for the same date then please contact us to confirm your booking.  We then require your deposit of £250 to confirm your date.  Please note that all deposits paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Guest Accommodation
 

Due to the Hotel having only 15 bedrooms we would strongly recommend that the main bridal party take on the responsibility of allocating rooms, thus ensuring that the main family members do not miss out on accommodation.  You can then inform the Hotel should you have any rooms remaining and we will make these rooms available to other guests.

 

When To Contact Us
 

We ask you to contact the Hotel four weeks prior to wedding day to arrange an appointment with us to discuss the final arrangements.  You are of contact us any time for general advice or for further information.

 

Final Details And Payment
 
We will require your final numbers three weeks prior to the wedding, at this meeting we also require your menu choice and payment of the final balance.  Any extras on the day must be settled before departure.
